Aaryam continues to expand into new destinations, designing stays where guests can slow down, explore deeply, and experience intentional travel.Role Description The Front Desk Supervisor will oversee daily front office operations, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes, accurate reservations handling, and prompt guest assistance. This full-time, on-site role is based in Sawai Madhopur and involves supervising front desk team members, managing schedules, and maintaining high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction. The supervisor will handle escalated guest concerns, coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to fulfill guest requests, and ensure that lobby and reception areas remain welcoming and well-organized. Additional responsibilities include monitoring front desk procedures, training team members on service standards and phone etiquette, maintaining accurate records and reports, and supporting the implementation of hotel policies and brand guidelines.Qualifications Strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, scheduling, and performance oversight.Proficiency in receptionist duties, such as check-in/check-out, reservations management, and guest inquiries.Excellent customer service and customer satisfaction skills, with the ability to handle feedback and resolve issues effectively.Professional phone etiquette and clear, courteous communication with guests and internal teams.Experience in front office operations within the hotel or hospitality industry is preferred.Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by hotel operations.Comfort with basic computer systems and hotel property management software.Diploma or degree in hospitality management or a related field is an advantage.Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering warm, reliable service.
