Front Desk Team Member (Part-Time)VIDA Fitness | Ballston – Arlington, VAJoin the VIDA Ballston Team! 💪We're looking for friendly, energetic, and dependable individuals to join our Front Desk team!As the first and last point of contact for our members, you'll play an important role in creating the welcoming, inclusive, and high-energy experience VIDA Fitness is known for. We're looking for people who enjoy helping others, thrive in a team environment, and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service.What You'll DoWelcome members and guests with a friendly, professional attitude.Assist with member check-ins, membership questions, and general club operations.Support the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of the club.Help resolve member questions and concerns while delivering outstanding customer service.Work collaboratively with our team to create an exceptional member experience.Help maintain a positive, inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome.What We're Looking ForA positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.Dependability, punctuality, and strong communication skills.Ability to multitask in a busy, fast-paced environment.A team player who enjoys interacting with people and helping others.A passion for fitness, health, and wellness is preferred, but not required.
