Front-End Angular Developer II

Akkodis is seeking a Front-End Angular Developer II for a Direct Hire job with a client located in Torrance, CA (Hybrid).Pay Range: $120,000 to $140,000; The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.SummaryWe are seeking a Mid-Level Front-End Angular Developer to join our engineering team and help build modern, scalable, and user-friendly web applications. The ideal candidate has strong experience with Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS, a solid understanding of front-end architecture and best practices, and the ability to collaborate effectively with designers, product managers, and back-end developers.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and maintain responsive web applications using Angular.Translate UI/UX designs into clean, maintainable, and reusable code.Build reusable components, services, and front-end libraries.Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.Optimize applications for performance, scalability, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.Participate in code reviews and contribute to coding standards and best practices.Troubleshoot and resolve front-end defects and production issues.Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, QA engineers, and backend developers throughout the software development lifecycle.Write and maintain unit tests and end-to-end tests.Contribute to technical design discussions and architectural decisions.Required Qualifications3–6 years of professional front-end development experience.2+ years of hands-on experience developing applications with Angular (v16+ preferred).Strong proficiency in: TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3 / SCSS.Experience consuming REST APIs and handling asynchronous data flows.Experience with RxJS and Angular state management patterns.Understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards.Familiarity with Git and modern CI/CD workflows.Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Angular Material or similar UI component libraries.Familiarity with NgRx, Akita, or other state management solutions.Knowledge of micro-frontend architectures.Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.Understanding of web security best practices.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Technical SkillsFront-EndAngularTypeScriptJavaScriptHTML5CSS3 / SCSSRxJSAngular MaterialDevelopment ToolsGitAzure DevOps, GitHub, or GitLabnpmWebpack / ViteCI/CD PipelinesIf you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
