The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership across front-end and back-end engineering functions, establish a long-term technology vision, and lead high-performing technical teams in delivering scalable, secure, and innovative digital solutions.🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES🔹 Define and execute the overall engineering strategy across front-end and back-end development functions.🔹 Lead engineering organizations responsible for web applications, digital platforms, APIs, backend services, and enterprise systems.🔹 Establish technical vision, architecture standards, development methodologies, and engineering best practices.🔹 Oversee the design, development, deployment, scalability, security, and reliability of technology platforms.🔹 Drive collaboration between engineering, product, UX/UI, QA, DevOps, cybersecurity, and business teams.🔹 Build, mentor, and lead high-performing engineering leadership teams and technical organizations.🔹 Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and digital transformation.🔹 Establish engineering KPIs, budgets, resource plans, and performance objectives aligned with corporate strategy.🔹 Oversee major technology initiatives, ensuring projects meet quality, security, performance, and business requirements.🔹 Represent the engineering organization at executive meetings and strategic business engagements.✅ REQUIREMENTS🎓 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline. A Master's degree or MBA is highly preferred.💼 Extensive experience in senior technology leadership, engineering management, software architecture, or digital transformation.💻 Deep understanding of both front-end and back-end engineering, modern software architecture, APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and distributed systems.☁️ Strong experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.🔧 Extensive knowledge of modern frameworks, DevOps, CI/CD, microservices, application security, and scalable system design.👥 Demonstrated success leading large, multidisciplinary engineering organizations and senior technical leaders.📊 Strong strategic planning, budgeting, organizational design, and executive decision-making skills.🤝 Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership abilities.🚀 Proven ability to drive innovation, technical transformation, and business growth through technology.🌍 Ability to lead effectively in a multicultural, international, and fast-paced environment.🛂 Valid UAE Employment Visa / Work Authorization Required.⚠️ Candidates must have legal eligibility to work in the UAE.
