Do NOT apply if you are looking for paid employment.Brief About the RoleWe are seeking a Skilled & Creative Front End Developer who is passionate about crafting high-performance, visually stunning user experiences. Working directly with the Company Operations Lead and the engineering team, you will be responsible for bringing our digital interface to life. In our fast-paced startup environment, you will translate complex design wireframes into functional code, ensuring that our platform is responsive, accessible, and optimized for a global audience.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesUI/UX Implementation: Partner with the design team to transform wireframes and mockups into pixel-perfect, interactive web interfaces. Build and maintain a library of reusable, scalable UI components to ensure design consistency across Component Development for the entire platform.Performance Optimization: Monitor and refine front-end performance, ensuring maximum speed and scalability across various devices and browsers.Global Accessibility: Ensure the platform meets modern web accessibility (a11y) standards to provide a seamless experience for users worldwide.Collaborative Iteration: Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning to identify technical bottlenecks and implement creative front-end solutions on the fly.Desired SkillsTechnical Proficiency: Strong command of HTML5, CSS3 (Flexbox/Grid), and Modern JavaScript (ES6+). * Framework Expertise: Hands-on experience with at least one modern framework, such as React, Vue.js, or Angular (React preferred).Responsive Design: Proven ability to build "mobile-first" layouts that adapt seamlessly to all screen sizes.Version Control: Professional experience using Git/GitHub for collaborative code management and peer reviews.Problem-Solving: A self-starter attitude with a keen eye for detail and the ability to debug complex UI issues independently.Minimum QualificationsAge 18 or older.Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the United States (Visa sponsorship is not provided).OPT/CPT friendly.Education: High School Graduate or higher (Computer Science students or bootcamp grads encouraged to apply).Identification: Valid Photo ID (Driver’s License or Passport).Time Commitment & FlexibilityDuration: 6-month commitment.Hours: 10–15 hours per week.Schedule: Fully flexible.
