Team members are encouraged to contribute ideas, take ownership of their roles, and support a positive workplace culture.Role Description The Front of House Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Maitland, FL, responsible for overseeing daily dining room operations and ensuring excellent guest experiences. This role includes supervising front-of-house staff, managing reservations and seating, and monitoring service standards throughout each shift. The manager will handle guest inquiries and concerns, coordinate with kitchen and bar teams, and support training, scheduling, and performance feedback for staff. Additional responsibilities include overseeing opening and closing procedures, assisting with sales initiatives, and maintaining compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards.QualificationsStrong Communication skills for guiding staff, coordinating with kitchen and bar teams, and interacting with guests.Excellent Customer Service skills to handle guest requests, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive dining experience.Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including menus, service standards, and basic restaurant service practices.Ability to conduct Training for front-of-house staff, including onboarding, coaching, and ongoing skills development.Sales skills to support upselling, promoting specials, and contributing to revenue growth.Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality management, preferably in a front-of-house leadership role.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
