The Front of House Manager will oversee daily operations to ensure an outstanding guest experience. Responsibilities include managing and training front-of-house staff, maintaining service standards, addressing customer feedback, and ensuring smooth coordination between staff. The role also includes monitoring sales and performance metrics to meet operational goals, promoting a positive team environment, and assisting with other duties as needed.QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with staff and guestsExperience and knowledge in Food & Beverage operationsProven ability to provide effective training for front-of-house team membersUnderstanding of basic Sales principles and approaches to drive guest satisfaction and revenue growthAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and problem-solving skillsLeadership experience within the hospitality or restaurant industry is preferredAvailability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
