It is the person who sets the whole tone.The roleYou are the first face a nervous pet parent sees and the last one they remember. You run the front of the clinic with warmth and calm: welcoming people and their animals, holding the space when a visit is hard, and making the whole experience feel like care rather than a transaction.What you will do• Welcome every pet parent and animal like family, and read the room when a visit is emotional.• Run the front desk: bookings, check-ins, membership queries, payments and follow-ups, through our app and systems.• Be the calm, organised centre that keeps the day flowing for the clinical team.• Handle sensitive moments, including end-of-life visits, with grace and discretion.• Own the feel of the space: the welcome, the tidiness, the small touches that make people trust us.What you bring• Real warmth, and genuine care for people and animals.• Calm under pressure, and the emotional intelligence to handle hard moments well.• Strong organisation and comfort with apps and systems.• Clear, kind communication. Fluent English; Arabic is a strong plus.• Experience in hospitality, premium retail, front of house or client service is valued.
