Apply & track with Apply EdgeTo Apply for this Job Click HereFront of House Receptionist & Client Experience CoordinatorMidtown Manhattan | Full-Time | $50,000–$70,000 + Performance-Based BonusAbout The OpportunityWe are seeking a polished, personable, and highly organized Front of House Receptionist & Client Experience Coordinator to join a boutique luxury jewelry company in Midtown Manhattan.This is a high-touch client experience role within a small, close-knit team. As the first face and voice of the company, you will welcome clients in person, by phone, and by email while helping ensure every interaction reflects the company's commitment to quality, trust, and personalized service.The role combines hospitality, communication, organization, and coordination. You will help create a seamless client experience from the first interaction through appointments and follow-up, while also supporting the internal team and day-to-day office operations.ResponsibilitiesServe as the first point of contact for clients, providing a warm and polished experienceManage the front desk, phone calls, emails, appointments, confirmations, reminders, and follow-upMaintain accurate client records and informationCoordinate jewelry cleaning, inspections, repairs, and other service requests with internal team members, outside vendors, and artisansTrack client requests and follow through to completionCoordinate with the internal team to prepare diamonds, gemstones, and jewelry for appointmentsSupport general office and administrative operationsMaintain confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism in all client interactionsQualifications2+ years of client-facing experience in hospitality, concierge, luxury retail, private clubs, fine dining, boutique hotels, or a similar environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and strong on follow-throughAbility to manage multiple priorities while remaining calm and professionalComfortable working closely with clients and collaborating within a small teamStrong judgment and discretionComfortable learning and using technology, CRM, scheduling, and other business systemsGenuine interest in diamonds and fine jewelry is a plus; industry experience is not requiredWho You AreWarm, polished, and genuinely enjoy taking care of peopleClear and confident communicator, both in person and in writingProfessional, welcoming, and thoughtful in your approachCollaborative and willing to step in wherever needed to support the teamTake pride in delivering an elevated client experienceValue quality service, strong relationships, and attention to detailCompensation & Benefits$50,000–$70,000 base salary, based on experiencePerformance-based bonus opportunity15 days of PTO annuallyNYC/NYS paid safe and sick leaveIndividual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA)Full-time, onsite position5 days per week / 40 hoursSaturday availability requiredJOB ID: 182224 #postMarion Walker-LinskyTo Apply for this Job Click Here, $50,000 - $70,000,
