Front Office Agent

We are seeking a passionate, guest-focused, and highly professional Front Office Agent to join our Front Office team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing front desk operations efficiently, and ensuring all guests receive personalized service that reflects the standards of a luxury 5-star hotel.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform efficient check-in and check-out procedures in accordance with hotel standards.Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively.Coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge, Reservations, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.Upsell hotel rooms, services, and facilities to maximize revenue opportunities.Provide information regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, transportation, and services.Monitor lobby activities and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests and visitors.Handle telephone calls, reservations, and guest correspondence professionally.RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in a Front Office or Guest Services role within a hotel environment; luxury hotel experience preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel PMS systems such as Opera.Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor.Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.What We OfferTax‑free basic salary with no deductions.Accommodation provided in fully equipped staff housing.Transportation between hotel and staff accommodation.24‑months ticket encashment as per company policy.Performance incentives based on service quality and guest satisfaction.Exclusive property benefits including discounts in F&B outlets and special rates on rooms.If you are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and ready to grow within a world‑class hospitality environment, we would be pleased to hear from you.
