QUALIFICATIONS:* Experience: Minimum 1 year in a front office or guest services role in hospitality* Language Skills: Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian* Technical Skills: Proficient in Opera PMS* Strong interpersonal and communication skills* Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment* Professional appearance and positive attitudeKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:* Welcome and check-in/check-out guests professionally and efficiently* Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with professionalism* Ensure accurate billing and payment processing* Provide information about the hotel, local attractions, and services* Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction* Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
