As Office Administrator, you will serve as a key point of contact for employees and guests while helping ensure the office operates seamlessly behind the scenes.The ideal candidate is proactive, polished, highly organized, and energized by anticipating needs. You’ll have the opportunity to build relationships across the firm, manage a diverse range of priorities, and make a meaningful impact on the office experience.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a professional, welcoming first point of contact for employees and guests.Manage reception, incoming calls, correspondence, mail, deliveries, and visitor needs.Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and associated logistics.Partner closely with meeting hosts to anticipate needs and ensure seamless execution.Collaborate with food services, administrative professionals, reception, and internal teams.Coordinate daily lunch orders for employees and guests.Manage office supplies, snacks, inventory, and related purchasing.Process monthly reception and food-service expenses.Address office requests and facilities issues, identifying practical solutions.Coordinate with building and facilities teams as needed.Support broader office projects and administrative initiatives.Ideal BackgroundExperience in reception, office administration, hospitality, or a related field.Exceptional organizational and project management skills.Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion.Comfortable handling confidential information with integrity.Highly proficient in Microsoft Office.Able to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly as needs evolve.Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with a genuine commitment to anticipating the needs of others.Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.A polished, service-oriented presence and a true “can-do” mindset.Culture & EnvironmentHigh-performing, collaborative environment with exposure to leading technology and venture ecosystems.Fast-paced office where initiative and sound judgment are valued.Opportunity to work closely with a broad range of professionals and stakeholders.Culture centered on discretion, responsiveness, and exceptional service.An environment where thoughtful execution and attention to detail have a visible impact.
