Our practices combine the feel of an established local dental office with the resources and support of a larger organization.As a Front Office Coordinator, you'll play an important role in the patient experience while supporting scheduling, insurance verification, treatment coordination, and the day-to-day flow of the practice.What You'll DoGreet and check in patients Answer and manage incoming phone calls Schedule and confirm patient appointments Verify insurance eligibility and benefits Collect patient payments and maintain accurate records Assist patients with treatment financing options Maintain patient charts and documentation Support office productivity through effective scheduling and communication Coordinate with clinical teams to ensure a seamless patient experience Help maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional office environment RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent Strong customer service and communication skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Basic computer proficiency Professional demeanor and positive attitude Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment PreferredPeriodontal office experience Dental front office experience Experience with dental insurance verification Experience with treatment presentation and financial arrangements Experience with dental practice management software Experience in PPO, Fee-for-Service, and/or Medicaid environments Bilingual skills (if applicable to market) BenefitsEmployees regularly scheduled to work full time will be eligible for:Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) with 4% Employer Match Paid Holidays Paid Time Off (PTO) Continuing Education Support Insurance benefits begin the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment.
