Located at 3 KK 1AVE in Kimihurura, it is easily accessible for guests and staff alike.Role Description The Front Office Desk and Cashier role is a full-time, on-site position based at Tea House Resto & Workspace in Kimihurura. This team member welcomes guests, manages the reception area, handles check-ins for the workspace, and responds to in-person, phone, and online inquiries. Daily tasks include managing reservations and appointments, coordinating seating with the restaurant and workspace teams, and ensuring accurate billing and payment processing at the cashier desk. The role also involves maintaining a clean and organized front desk, providing prompt and courteous customer service, and supporting smooth operations during busy service periods and events. The Front Office Desk and Cashier serves as a key point of contact, helping guests feel informed, comfortable, and well taken care of.Qualifications Strong customer service and reception skills, including Customer Service and Receptionist Duties.Professional communication abilities, including clear verbal and written Communication.Confident phone handling and front desk operations, including Phone Etiquette.Organizational skills for managing bookings and client flow, including Appointment Scheduling.Basic cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) experience, with attention to accuracy and detail.Ability to work on-site full-time, including evenings and weekends as needed.Fluency in English; knowledge of Kinyarwanda and/or French is an added advantage.Previous experience in hospitality, front office, or customer-facing roles is preferred.Reliable, punctual, and able to remain calm and courteous in a fast-paced environment.
