Front Office Executive - Fresher Location: Mumbai – SEEPZ / Andheri MIDC Experience: Freshers Work Mode: On-site Interview: Face-to-FaceJob Summary We are looking for a Front Office Executive – Fresher to manage front-desk activities and provide professional assistance to visitors, clients and internal teams.The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a professional approach and the ability to handle front-office responsibilities in a courteous and organized manner.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day front desk and reception activities.Welcome and assist visitors, clients and guests professionally.Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.Respond to general enquiries and provide relevant information.Maintain visitor records and front-office documentation.Coordinate with internal teams regarding visitors, meetings and appointments.Schedule and coordinate meetings as required.Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and courier activities.Maintain the reception area and ensure a professional environment.Assist with basic administrative and coordination activities when required.Maintain a professional and courteous interaction with visitors and employees.Required Skills and QualificationFreshers are welcome to apply.Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.Good interpersonal and people-handling skills.Pleasant and professional personality.Basic computer knowledge.Good knowledge of MS Office will be an advantage.Strong coordination and organizational skills.Ability to handle visitors and calls professionally.Positive attitude and willingness to learn.Preferred QualificationCandidates with excellent communication skills and a professional approach will be preferred.Candidates who are immediately available or can join at the earliest are preferred.Candidates comfortable working full-time from office in Mumbai are preferred.Candidates should be comfortable attending a face-to-face interview.
