You are the face of QCC—greeting patients, managing a multi-line phone system, and ensuring every touch point (in-person, phone, email, text) reflects the caliber of our practice.Orchestrate the Experience. Manage complex scheduling across multiple providers and service lines, anticipating bottlenecks before they happen and keeping clinical flow effortless.Be the Patient’s Trusted Guide. From intake and consent coordination to payment collection and post-visit follow-up, you ensure patients feel informed, valued, and never rushed.Partner with the Clinical Team. Act as the vital link between front and back office, communicating with providers and medical staff to ensure every patient’s journey is seamless.Curate the Environment. Maintain a reception space that feels less like a waiting room and more like the lounge of a private wellness spa.Qualifications:Candidates should possess strong Office Administration and Front Office skills, including managing reception operations, scheduling, and documentation.Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on creating a welcoming, empathetic, and professional patient experience.Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients, staff, and external partners.Previous experience in a medical, cosmetic, or wellness office environment is highly beneficial.Proficiency with practice management or scheduling software, CRM software, MS Office tools, and general computer literacy is required.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting are important.Demonstrated ability to lead or mentor front office staff and uphold high standards of professionalism and confidentiality is an asset.Bachelors Degree or equivalent required; additional education in healthcare administration, business, or related fields is a plus.
