This full-time position manages front office team members, coordinates room assignments, monitors check-in and check-out procedures, and handles guest inquiries and escalations. The role includes managing reservation systems, ensuring accurate billing, and maintaining communication with housekeeping and other departments to support seamless operations. The Front Office Manager also trains and coaches staff, monitors performance, and ensures adherence to brand standards, safety protocols, and service quality expectations. Additionally, the role involves reviewing guest feedback, implementing improvements to enhance satisfaction, and supporting leadership with reporting and administrative tasks.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Front Office and Customer Service skills, with experience managing check-in, check-out, and guest inquiries.Candidates should possess skills in Customer Satisfaction, including handling guest feedback, resolving issues, and maintaining high service standards.Candidates should possess Office Administration skills, such as managing records, coordinating schedules, and overseeing front desk procedures.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests, team members, and leadership.Experience in hotel or hospitality management, particularly in front office or guest services leadership, is highly beneficial.Ability to lead and motivate teams, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment.Proficiency with hotel property management systems and basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office) is preferred.High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in hospitality management or a related field is an advantage.
