While this is a management position that involves administrative responsibilities such as payroll, scheduling, and team performance oversight, the successful candidate is expected to spend at least 80% of their time actively engaged with their team and our guests. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who leads by example and has a genuine enthusiasm for providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities
· Provide day-to-day leadership for front desk and bell/transportation operations· Ensure consistent delivery of Hilton brand service standards· Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop front office staff· Oversee scheduling, payroll, and staffing levels to ensure operational efficiency· Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve issues promptly· Maintain financial controls, assist with departmental budgeting, and take ownership of the gift shop· Partner with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences· Ensure compliance with all company policies, Hilton brand standards, and applicable laws
Qualifications
· Proven success in a front office or guest services leadership role; Hilton experience preferred· Strong familiarity with Hilton systems (PEP) is a plus· College degree in Hospitality or Business Management preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered· Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills· Able to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-guest-contact environmentDemonstrated ability to lead by example, mentor staff, and create a culture of service excellenceFlexible schedule is a must, this position may be required to work any shift, including early mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays as neededWeekend availability is expected; while time off requests are considered, this role typically includes two days off during the week.This is an exciting opportunity to join a committed team at a landmark Hilton property.
