Front Office Manager

3D Personnel is recruiting an experienced Front Office Manager for a well-established and highly regarded hotel in Galway.This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for guest service to take ownership of a busy Front Office operation. The successful candidate will lead by example, manage and develop a dedicated team, and ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience.The RoleAs Front Office Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the Front Office department while maintaining the highest standards of customer service, team performance, and operational efficiency. This is a hands-on management role where you will work closely with senior management and other hotel departments to drive guest satisfaction and commercial success.Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Front Office team on a daily basis.
• Ensure exceptional guest service standards are maintained at all times.
• Oversee smooth and efficient check-in and check-out procedures.
• Build a customer-focused culture and lead by example.
• Work closely with Reservations, Sales, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure effective communication and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor and maintain the accuracy of guest and booking information within hotel systems.
• Respond to guest feedback and implement improvements where required.
• Maximise room revenue through effective yield management and occupancy strategies.
• Support sales initiatives, group bookings, and promotional activities.
• Prepare departmental reports and monitor performance metrics.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and develop Front Office team members.
• Manage staff rotas in line with business requirements.
• Conduct performance reviews and support ongoing staff development.
• Attend management meetings and contribute to operational projects.
• Provide Duty Manager cover when required.
• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, Security, and Company policies.About YouYou will be an experienced hospitality professional with a proven ability to lead teams and deliver outstanding guest experiences.Requirements
• Previous experience in a Front Office Manager, Assistant Front Office Manager, or similar hotel management role.
• Strong leadership and people management experience.
• Excellent customer service and guest relations skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Commercial awareness with an understanding of hotel revenue and budgeting.
• Experience using hotel property management systems such as Opera, Hotsoft, or similar.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.What's on Offer?
