The hotel supports professional growth and encourages staff to contribute ideas that enhance operations and guest satisfaction.Role Description The Front Office Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Philadelphia, PA, responsible for overseeing daily front desk operations and ensuring a welcoming experience for all guests. This role supervises front office staff, manages scheduling, supports check-in and check-out processes, and addresses guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally. The Front Office Manager ensures accurate reservation handling, maintains front office procedures, coordinates with housekeeping and maintenance, and monitors lobby appearance and guest flow. Additional responsibilities include training team members, maintaining service standards, managing cash handling and reports, and supporting the implementation of hotel policies to drive guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Front Office and Office Administration skills, including managing daily operations, staff coordination, and efficient use of hotel systems.Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on resolving issues, building positive guest relationships, and maintaining service standards.Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, including the ability to interact with guests, team members, and management in a courteous and effective manner.Experience in hotel or hospitality front office management, including supervising teams and handling high guest volumes, is highly beneficial.Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities, with flexibility to work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.Proficiency with hotel property management systems and standard office software is preferred.Relevant education or training in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is an advantage.Salary 50k
