A growing and highly regarded private equity firm is seeking a polished, proactive, and enthusiastic Receptionist to join its collaborative administrative team in Midtown Manhattan. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career administrative professional who enjoys being at the center of a busy office and takes pride in creating a welcoming, organized, and polished environment.Location: Midtown Manhattan, near Park Avenue and 57th StreetSchedule: Fully onsite, 5 days per weekHours: 8:45 AM–5:00 PM, with flexibility as neededCompensation: $70,000–$80,000 base salary, plus up to a 10% target discretionary bonusThe RoleWhile this position will serve as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and guests, it is not a heavy call-desk role. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the day-to-day appearance, functionality, and overall experience of the office.Responsibilities will include:Welcoming employees, visitors, and guests and maintaining a warm, professional reception experienceManaging visitor check-in, incoming calls, mail, deliveries, and general front-office needsEnsuring conference rooms are clean, organized, fully stocked, and presentation-readyOverseeing kitchen areas, including stocking supplies, and maintaining an organized and polished environmentMonitoring and ordering office, kitchen, conference room, and general suppliesManaging and maintaining copy rooms and other shared office spacesCoordinating catering and restaurant orders for meetings and office needsAssisting with meeting setup and general office logisticsProviding occasional administrative and office support as neededThe Ideal CandidateThe firm is looking for someone who is polished, personable, and excited to contribute to a highly collaborative team.
