With just 25 elegantly designed rooms, including Pyramids-view rooms and our signature Grand Terrace rooms with private terraces, we offer guests an intimate, personal stay at one of the most iconic addresses in the world.We are building our founding team ahead of opening and are looking for a warm, polished Front Office Receptionist to be the first face our guests meet.The RoleAs Front Office Receptionist, you will deliver a seamless, personalized luxury experience from arrival to departure. In a boutique hotel, every guest is known by name, and you will play a key part in making that happen.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome guests and handle check-in and check-out smoothly and professionallyManage reservations, room assignments and guest requests through the PMSRespond to guests by phone, email, WhatsApp and in personArrange tours, transfers, restaurant bookings and special requests in coordination with our guest relations teamHandle billing, payments and cash procedures accuratelyFollow up on guest feedback and resolve concerns quickly and courteouslyCoordinate daily with housekeeping, F&B and managementHelp prepare OTA and direct bookings and keep guest profiles up to dateKeep the lobby and front desk immaculate and welcoming at all timesRequirements1–3 years of front office experience in a hotel. Luxury or boutique experience is a strong plus.Excellent spoken and written EnglishA second language (French, Spanish, Italian or German) is highly preferredExperience with a hotel PMS such as Opera, Protel or CloudbedsBachelor's degree, preferably in Tourism or Hotel ManagementWell-groomed, confident and guest-focused, with a genuine passion for hospitalityAble to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and holidaysLiving in or near Giza / Haram is preferred
