This role oversees daily front office operations, including reception, guest check-in and check-out, reservations coordination, and lobby guest services. The supervisor ensures that front office team members deliver efficient, courteous, and consistent service, handles guest inquiries and escalated concerns, and coordinates with other departments such as housekeeping, engineering, and food and beverage to meet guest needs. Responsibilities include monitoring staff performance and schedules, maintaining accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures, and supporting training and coaching of front office personnel. The role also involves maintaining a professional appearance of the front desk area, implementing service standards, and contributing to overall guest satisfaction and revenue objectives.Qualifications Experience in front office operations, including reception, reservations handling, and guest service in a hotel or serviced apartment setting.Skills in team supervision, staff scheduling, performance monitoring, and coaching to support a high-performing front office team.Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage guest expectations and resolve issues effectively.Competence in using hotel property management systems (PMS), basic office software, and handling cash or billing transactions accurately.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and maintain professional conduct in a fast-paced environment.Relevant experience in hospitality or front office leadership; a diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business, or a related field is an advantage.Knowledge of standard hotel policies, safety and security procedures, and front office best practices; prior experience in Metro Manila or similar urban markets is beneficial.Proficiency in spoken and written English; additional language skills and familiarity with international guest preferences are a plus.
