Accessible by a three-hour drive from Manila, it combines resort-style amenities with a tranquil community environment.Role Description The Front Office Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bataan, responsible for overseeing front desk operations and ensuring an excellent guest experience. This role includes supervising front office team members, managing daily schedules, and coordinating receptionist duties such as check-in, check-out, and guest inquiries. The Front Office Supervisor monitors reservations, room assignments, and billing accuracy, and works closely with other departments to resolve guest concerns promptly. Day-to-day tasks also involve coaching staff on customer service standards, maintaining front office procedures and documentation, and ensuring efficient communication within the team. The position requires active participation in handling escalated issues, supporting training initiatives, and upholding Camaya Coast’s service quality and brand image.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, task delegation, and performance monitoring.Candidates should possess experience in Receptionist Duties, such as handling check-in/check-out processes and managing front desk operations.Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on hospitality, problem-solving, and guest satisfaction.Candidates should possess Reservations management skills, including booking coordination, room allocation, and record accuracy.Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with guests and colleagues.Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field are beneficial.Previous experience in hotel or resort front office operations, preferably in a supervisory capacity, is an advantage.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and strong organizational and problem-solving abilities are preferred.
