Front Office Supervisor - Luxury Hotel (Downtown Dubai)

About the RoleWe are seeking a polished and proactive Front Office Supervisor to support daily front desk operations at an iconic, high-volume luxury hotel in the heart of Downtown Dubai. You will act as the shift lead ensuring seamless arrivals, departures and guest recovery while upholding the exacting service standards expected at one of the city’s most prominent addresses.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise shift operations across reception, concierge liaison and guest services, ensuring SOP adherence and brand consistency.Act as first point of escalation for guest concerns, billing queries and room allocation issues during peak periods.Oversee check-in/check-out accuracy, VIP handling, early/late requests and inter-departmental coordination with Housekeeping and Engineering.Coach and onboard GSA team members; conduct briefings, spot-check grooming and service delivery against luxury benchmarks.Monitor Opera PMS queues, folio integrity, cash handling and end-of-shift reconciliation.Support occupancy forecasting, upselling initiatives and loyalty recognition programmes on shift.Maintain lost & found, key control and guest privacy protocols in line with audit requirements.Report daily on no-shows, walk-ins, complaints resolved and training gaps to the Front Office Manager.Candidate ProfileMinimum 3–5 years of front office experience in 5-star or ultra-luxury hotels, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.Proven ability to lead shifts in high-occupancy, luxury hotel environments.Strong command of Opera PMS; proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.Impeccable grooming, communication and problem-solving skills; fluent English required, Arabic highly advantageous.Resilient under pressure with a genuine passion for personalized guest service.UAE/GCC experience strongly preferred; available to join soon.Why Join UsBe part of a globally recognized hospitality group operating landmark destinations across Dubai, with clear progression pathways and exposure to world-class luxury operations.
