Front Stage Agent

At Paramount Hotel every Star has a story — and we’re looking for a Front Stage Agent who knows how to make every guest interaction memorable.As part of our Front Stage Cast, you’ll be one of the first faces our guests meet and a key part of their experience from arrival to departure. From creating a warm welcome to anticipating guest needs and ensuring a seamless stay, you’ll bring Paramount’s signature energy and service to every interaction.What you’ll be doing:Welcome and register guests, ensuring a smooth and personalized arrival experience.Handle guest enquiries and requests throughout their stay with warmth, efficiency and professionalism.Provide comprehensive knowledge of the hotel, its facilities, services and outlets.Assist with check-in/check-out, payments, cashiering and accurate bill settlement.Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.Update and maintain accurate guest information in OPERA PMS.Anticipate guest needs and proactively create memorable experiences.Assist guests with room orientation and explain hotel facilities and services.Support room revenue optimization through upselling and maximizing available opportunities.Ensure the Front Stage / Guest Services Desk is fully prepared and operational at all times.Maintain accurate cashier records, cash float and daily audit procedures.Work closely with Front Stage Supervisors, Duty Managers and other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service.What we’re looking for:Minimum 1 year of experience in Reception, Front Office or Guest Services, preferably within a luxury or international 5-star hotel.Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent qualification.Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or a related field is an advantage.Strong verbal and written English and Arabic communication skills.Additional languages such as French, Spanish or German are an advantage.Working knowledge of OPERA PMS.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.Confident, polished and guest-focused with a genuine passion for hospitality.Strong attention to detail, communication skills and the ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment.Join Paramount Hotel Midtown and bring your own story to the Front Stage.#ParamountHotelDubai #DamacHospitality #FrontStage #FrontOffice #GuestExperience #HospitalityJobs #DubaiJobs #UAEJobs #NowHiring
