The Supervisor ensures that the standards of the welcoming experience of the Paramount Hotel are follows and that all guests or visitors receive a personalized and welcoming service.Qualifications & Experience:Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Front Stage or Front Office Supervisor in a 5-star hotelHotel School graduate or Front Office Operations certification preferredExcellent English communication skills; additional languages are an advantageStrong knowledge of Front Office operations and OPERA PMSProficient in Microsoft OfficeKnowledge of VIP welcoming protocolsStrong supervisory and team leadership skills
