As a Frontend & Mobile Engineer, you'll play a key role in building the bank's customer-facing digital experiences, including mobile applications, web banking platforms, and AI-powered conversational interfaces. Working alongside Product, Design, Backend, and AI Engineering teams, you'll help create intuitive, secure, and scalable customer journeys from day one. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobile and web applications using modern frontend and mobile technologies.
• Build customer-facing experiences including mobile banking, web banking, and AI-powered conversational interfaces.
• Develop reusable UI components and contribute to a scalable design system.
• Collaborate with backend and AI teams to integrate APIs, real-time services, and conversational experiences.
• Implement automated testing, performance monitoring, telemetry, and release best practices.
• Ensure security, accessibility, and localisation standards are embedded into every customer journey. Requirements
• 6+ years of hands-on frontend and mobile engineering experience, ideally within banking, fintech, or large-scale consumer products.
• Experience building and releasing customer-facing mobile applications through the full app-store lifecycle.
• Strong experience with technologies such as Swift, Kotlin, React Native, Flutter, React, and TypeScript.
• Experience with modern CI/CD pipelines, feature flags, testing frameworks, and release management.
• Experience building real-time, streaming, or conversational customer experiences.
