Job Description – Frontend Architect (Angular)Location: Gurugram, Sector 44Work Mode: OnsiteExperience: 12–15 Years (Maximum 15 years)Role: Frontend Architect – AngularAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Frontend Architect with strong expertise in Angular to lead the design and architecture of scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on technical expertise along with strong architectural and leadership capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and drive the frontend architecture for enterprise-scale web applications.Design scalable, maintainable, and high-performance solutions using Angular.Establish frontend coding standards, design patterns, reusable components, and best practices.Lead technical discussions and provide architectural guidance to frontend development teams.Review existing applications and recommend improvements in architecture, performance, scalability, and maintainability.Develop and maintain reusable Angular components, modules, and libraries.Work closely with UI/UX, backend, product, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Ensure applications are optimized for performance, security, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to developers.Identify and resolve complex technical challenges across frontend applications.Evaluate and recommend appropriate frontend technologies and tools where required.Mandatory Technical Skills12–15 years of overall experience in frontend development, with no more than 15 years of experience.Strong and hands-on expertise in Angular.Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.Strong understanding of Angular architecture, components, modules, services, RxJS, routing, state management, and dependency injection.Experience designing large-scale and enterprise-grade frontend applications.Strong knowledge of frontend design patterns and architectural principles.Experience with REST APIs and integration with backend services.Strong understanding of web application performance optimization.Experience with responsive and cross-browser application development.Good understanding of Git and CI/CD practices.Experience with frontend testing frameworks and automated testing.Preferred SkillsExperience with Angular Material / similar UI frameworks.Knowledge of state management solutions such as NgRx.Experience with micro-frontends and modular frontend architecture.Exposure to cloud-based application environments.Knowledge of Docker and modern DevOps practices.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Soft SkillsStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.Ability to lead technical discussions and influence architectural decisions.Strong mentoring and team-collaboration skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced enterprise environment.Important RequirementsExperience: 12 to 15 years only; profiles above 15 years will not be considered.Primary Expertise: Angular / Frontend Architecture.Work Location: Gurugram – Sector 44Work Mode: 100% Onsite.
