Frontend Developer (ReactJS)Location: HybridEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly analytical and self-driven Frontend Developer (ReactJS) to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about building modern web applications, solving complex UI/UX challenges, and working independently with minimal supervision. Experience using AI-powered development tools such as Claude, Gemini, or similar LLMs for code generation, debugging, and productivity enhancement is highly desirable.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and optimize responsive web applications using ReactJS and modern JavaScript frameworks.Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver user-centric solutions.Analyze requirements, identify technical challenges, and propose effective solutions independently.Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices.Optimize applications for maximum performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.Leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development and improve code quality.Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and continuous improvement initiatives.Required Qualifications3+ years of experience in frontend development.Strong proficiency in ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API.Strong understanding of responsive design principles and frontend architecture.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver results with minimal supervision.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with REST APIs and frontend-backend integration.Experience with Git and modern development workflows.Preferred QualificationsExperience with TypeScript.Exposure to Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or other AI coding assistants.Experience with Next.js and modern frontend tooling (Vite, Webpack, etc.).Understanding of performance optimization, testing frameworks, and CI/CD processes.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.What We're Looking ForStrong analytical thinking and attention to detail.Ability to take ownership of tasks and drive projects independently.Curiosity about emerging technologies, especially AI-assisted software development.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Nice to HaveExperience building AI-powered interfaces or integrating LLM-based features.Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI-assisted development workflows.Portfolio or GitHub projects demonstrating ReactJS expertise.
