Still, following a recent PE equity acquisition, they are entering a new period of growth with technology at the forefront.A recent acquisition of a tech brand to their portfolio has fuelled the need for a brand new technology function. This company is steeped in history in the darts world, and its recent acquisition of a tech firm that develops auto-scoring software means it needs forward-thinking technologists to join the team.They are now looking for a Frontend Developer to join their founding technology team and build their product from the ground up.What You’ll Be DoingDesign, build, and maintain cloud services and user-facing frontend apps in productionIndependently scope and lead technical initiatives, laying the groundwork for early-stage products to evolve iterativelyContribute to the product roadmap, help set the vision and strategy for the venture, and act as a sounding board for venture leadershipDevelop and execute against both short- and long-term roadmaps.Make effective tradeoffs that consider business priorities, user experience, and a sustainable technical foundationWhy You’re Made For ThisExperience with any popular cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure)Proficient in React/TypeScript.Professional experience with Kotlin/Swift would be beneficialExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience reviewing code to maintain a high standard of code quality across the teamA self-starter mindset, capable of context-switching between various projects, codebases, and conceptsA prototype and rapid iteration mentality, using pragmatic delivery methods to have a fast impact and quickly identify the best solution for a problemIn return, you'll get an opportunity to build a product from the ground up and work with a team that has built a superb culture.If this position sounds of interest, then please respond with a copy of your CV to ross@socium.team.
