Every interface we ship is a direct part of that experience — and that's exactly where this role sits.We're hiring a Frontend Developer in our Engineering Team to build and maintain the web interfaces our customers and partners interact with every day, working closely with our design, backend, and product teams.ResponsibilitiesDevelopment & implementationImplement designs and features based on business requirements and UX/UI specifications.Write clean, modular, and performant code following frontend best practices.Use modern frameworks (React, Vue, Next.js) to build scalable interfaces.Optimise applications for speed, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.Integrate frontend components with backend APIs, ensuring end-to-end functionality.Collaboration with UI/UX and productWork with product designers to turn Figma designs into interactive components.Propose solutions to improve user experience and iterate based on feedback.Testing & maintenanceParticipate in application testing (unit testing, integration testing).Fix bugs and optimize existing components.Document relevant components and technical processes.Continuous improvementStay current with industry trends and propose technology updates.Contribute to team coding standards and participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.What you'll bringMust-have3-5 years of experience in frontend development for web applications.Excellent use of AI tools (e.g. Claude Code, Codex, Cursor)Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).Experience with modern frameworks — React, Angular, Vue, or Next.js.Experience consuming REST/GraphQL APIs.Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Webpack, npm/yarn.Understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and web accessibility.English C1 or above — written and spoken.Autonomy and accountability — you set your own next steps and deliver without being chased.Nice-to-haveExperience in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).Basic technical SEO knowledge.Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.How we workWritten, async-first communication for anything that benefits from a paper trail.Code treated as a product — clean, documented, and tested.Customer data handled under GDPR with data minimisation as a working habit.We believe technologies are learnable; what matters most is how you think and how you treat your work.What we offer:A fast-growing environment built with some of the best people in the market — the kind of team that pushes you forwardUP Mobil+ — meal tickets, gym membership, vouchers, and more, all in one place24 vacation days per yearOne community — we genuinely invest in the people, not just the productA workspace worth showing up for: we're based at One Cotroceni Park, one of Bucharest's best office addressesLet's talk - If this sounds like your next move, drop us a message or apply directly.
