Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Frontend Developer with strong expertise in React.js and Next.js to design, develop, and maintain modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of frontend architecture, responsive design, performance optimization, and seamless integration with backend services. Experience with Azure, SQL Server, and modern DevOps practices is an added advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain responsive, scalable, and high-quality web applications using React.js and Next.js.Build reusable UI components and frontend libraries for future use.Implement Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), and other performance optimization techniques using Next.js.Translate UI/UX designs into clean, efficient, accessible, and maintainable code.Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design across desktop and mobile devices.Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.Optimize application performance, SEO, page load times, and Core Web Vitals.Collaborate with backend developers, UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle.Write unit tests and support automated testing frameworks.Participate in code reviews and enforce frontend coding standards and best practices.Work with Azure services and support frontend deployment within Azure environments.Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using GitHub or Azure DevOps.Support application maintenance, troubleshooting, debugging, and production issue resolution.Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.Required Skills & Qualifications5–8 years of hands-on experience in frontend web development.Strong expertise in React.js and Next.js.Excellent knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.Experience with modern styling frameworks.Styled ComponentsStrong understanding of component-based architecture.Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Context API, or similar.Hands-on experience consuming RESTful APIs and GraphQL.Good understanding of browser rendering, caching, performance optimization, and debugging techniques.Experience with Git version control and modern CI/CD workflows.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Good to HaveExperience with TypeScript.Knowledge of micro frontend architecture.Experience with performance monitoring tools.Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployments.Exposure to cloud-native application development.Soft SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong stakeholder management and collaboration abilities.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.Ability to mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.Strong ownership and accountability.Quick learner with a passion for adopting new technologies.
