Frontend Developer

Job Title: (Frontend Engineer) — 3+ Years Key Responsibilities· Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance frontend applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.· Build rich, interactive UI components such as text editors (e.g., Lexical-like), dashboards, and complex input systems.· Design and implement modular, reusable frontend architecture with clean state management.· Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow across the stack.· Develop and maintain backend services and APIs (Node.js/Express or similar) to support frontend features.· Work extensively with asynchronous data handling, including loading states, caching, and error handling.· Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.· Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, maintainable code.· Participate in code reviews, debugging, and continuous improvement cycles.· Write unit and integration tests for both frontend and backend components.· Contribute to architectural decisions for frontend-heavy systems like editors or real-time interfaces. RequirementsMust-Have Skills G Ǫualifications Experience· 3+ years of hands-on experience in frontend, with strong emphasis on frontend.Frontend Skills (Primary Focus)· Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.· Deep experience with React.js (or similar frameworks like Vue / Svelte).· Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and modern layout systems (Flexbox, Grid).· Experience building complex UI systems (e.g., rich text editors, form builders, dashboards).· Strong knowledge of state management (Redux, Zustand, Context API, etc.).· Experience with editor frameworks (e.g., Lexical, Slate, ProseMirror, Draft.js) or similar complex UI libraries.· Understanding of frontend performance optimization (lazy loading, memoization, virtualization).Backend Skills (Supporting Role)· Experience with Node.js + Express (or similar backend frameworks).· Ability to design and consume REST APIs.· Basic understanding of authentication, authorization, and session management.· Familiarity with databases (MongoDB, PostgreSǪL, etc.).General Engineering· Proficient with Git and collaborative workflows.· Experience writing tests using tools like Jest, React Testing Library, or similar.· Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. Nice-to-Have· Experience building or working on rich text editors / collaborative tools.· Familiarity with real-time systems (WebSockets, live updates, collaborative editing).· Understanding of design systems and component libraries.· Experience with Next.js or SSR frameworks.· Exposure to scalable frontend architecture patterns.
