Ceryneian Partners is headquartered in Los Angeles, with operations across the United States and India.Role Description : We are looking for a Frontend Engineer who wants to work at the intersection of technology, financial markets, data visualization, and product design.You will be responsible for building the user-facing experience of Hanulytics—from intuitive dashboards and real-time market interfaces to our visual strategy builder, analytics environment, portfolio tools, and research workflows.You will take complex financial and quantitative concepts and turn them into interfaces that feel simple, fast, intuitive, and powerful.This role is ideal for someone who doesn't just want to "build screens."We want engineers who care about:How a trader experiences a productHow information is visualizedHow milliseconds and performance affect usabilityHow complex workflows can be made intuitiveHow a frontend architecture scales with a growing productHow great engineering and great design come togetherYou will work closely with our product, design, backend, data, and infrastructure teams to build a high-performance financial technology platform.What You'll Do - Build and maintain high-quality, scalable frontend applications for Hanulytics.Translate Figma designs and product requirements into polished, responsive interfaces.Develop reusable components and contribute to our design system.Build complex data visualizations and financial charts.Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and real-time WebSocket data.Work with streaming data and asynchronous client-server architectures.Build interactive strategy-building and quantitative research workflows.Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, and reliability.Implement secure authentication, authorization, and role-based experiences.Collaborate closely with backend engineers to design efficient API and data flows.Work with product and design teams to simplify complex financial workflows.Test, debug, and continuously improve the frontend experience.Contribute to frontend architecture and engineering standards as the platform scales.What We're Looking for - Core Technical Skills - Strong fundamentals in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and TypeScript.Strong understanding of modern frontend development principles.Experience with at least one modern frontend framework such as React/Next.js or similar.Experience building responsive and component-driven interfaces.Understanding of REST APIs and asynchronous data flows.Familiarity with WebSockets or real-time data applications.Experience integrating charting or data visualization libraries.Understanding of frontend state management.Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows.Strongly Valued Experience with Fintech Apps or React / Next.js.Experience with TypeScript.Experience building data-heavy dashboards.Experience with TradingView, Highcharts, Recharts, D3, or similar visualization technologies.Understanding of authentication systems such as OAuth2 or JWT.Familiarity with SSR and modern frontend architecture.Experience deploying applications on AWS, GCP, Vercel, or similar platforms.Understanding of performance optimization for data-intensive applications.Bonus Points You don't need to have all of these, but they will make you stand out:Exposure to financial markets, trading, fintech, or quantitative finance.Experience with trading platforms or market-data applications.Experience working with real-time financial or telemetry data.Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Supabase, Firebase, or similar technologies.Exposure to WebAssembly or high-performance browser applications.Understanding of microfrontend or distributed application architectures.Experience building developer tools, visual editors, dashboards, or complex SaaS products.Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals.The underlying Hanulytics platform includes trading, portfolio management, analytics, instruments data, subscriptions, notifications, broker integrations, and market-data integrations, so you'll be building against a genuinely complex financial technology environment.What we Offer - ·      Opportunity to shape the product interface of a next-gen fintech startup.·      A collaborative, technically driven culture.·      Competitive compensation with performance-based bonuses.·      Flexible working hours and a remote-friendly environment.·      Exposure to financial modeling, trading infrastructure, and real-time systems.·      Collaboration with a world-class team from Pomona, UCLA, Harvey Mudd, and Claremont McKenna.
