The role also involves working with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, APIs, and deployment automation.The position is primarily focused on React development while providing opportunities to contribute to the data/API layer and cloud deployment activities.TECHNOLOGY BREAKDOWN60% – React / Front-End Development30% – Node.js / Backend for Frontend (BFF)10% – Kubernetes / Deployment / CloudGolang experience is a plus for candidates willing to contribute to the data/API side.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop modern, responsive, and pixel-perfect user interfaces using React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.Build customer-facing UI for onboarding, job submission, asset processing, metadata visualization, and media visualization.Develop new user-facing features and enhance existing platform functionality.Integrate front-end applications with backend and data APIs.Develop and maintain Node.js Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) services.Work with APIs supporting video, image, PDF, and other media-processing workflows.Implement video and media visualization experiences.Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability.Validate user input before submitting requests to backend services.Work with Docker and Kubernetes to support application deployment.Participate in deployment automation and CI/CD processes.Work with AWS resources and cloud-based application infrastructure.Participate in code reviews and maintain development standards.Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle.Help manage projects through design, development, testing, and deployment.Identify technical blockers and implement creative solutions within company guidelines.Develop and maintain software applications based on internal business requirements and customer needs.Support application testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and continuous improvement.Contribute to progressive redesign and maintenance initiatives.Stay current with modern front-end development technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.Be flexible to contribute to data/API development when required.QUALIFICATIONSStrong hands-on experience with React.js and JavaScript.Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS.Experience developing production-quality front-end applications.Experience with Node.js, preferably in a BFF architecture.Experience working with REST APIs or other data APIs.Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.Exposure to AWS cloud services and deployment environments.Understanding of CI/CD and deployment automation.Experience with application testing, debugging, and performance optimization.Strong understanding of front-end development concepts, practices, and standards.Ability to work effectively within a collaborative engineering environment.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.Golang experience is a plus.BENEFITSMedical | Dental | Vision | 401(k)EEOC ComplianceWe are an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment.DISCLAIMERAI Usage Policy: Pacer Group uses AI to assist in screening applications.
