Employment Type: Full-time, On-siteAbout The Role:We are looking for a skilled and self-driven Frontend Developer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience to join our product and technology team.In this role, you will work closely with the Founder and the product/technology team, taking ownership of frontend development across our product suite.

You will be involved throughout the development lifecycle - from making architecture and technical decisions to building, debugging, optimizing, and continuously improving our web applications.The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys solving complex problems, has a strong eye for detail, and can independently take a frontend feature from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of frontend development across our product suite.Build scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications using React.js.Translate product requirements and UI/UX designs into clean, reusable, and maintainable code.Make thoughtful frontend architecture and technology decisions.Integrate and work with REST APIs and backend services.Develop responsive interfaces that work seamlessly across devices and screen sizes.Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve frontend issues efficiently.Identify and implement opportunities for performance optimization.Write clean, well-structured, reusable, and maintainable code.Collaborate closely with the Founder, product, design, and technology teams.Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for version control and development workflows.Stay updated with modern frontend technologies and recommend improvements where relevant.Required Skills & Experience:3–4 years of professional experience in frontend development.Strong hands-on experience with React.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.Working knowledge of Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.Experience integrating REST APIs.Good understanding of Git and version-control workflows.Strong understanding of responsive design principles.Good knowledge of UI/UX best practices and ability to build intuitive user interfaces.Experience with frontend debugging and performance optimization.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to independently manage tasks and take ownership of frontend deliverables.Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.What We Are Looking For:Ownership: You take responsibility for your work from idea to implementation and beyond.Problem Solver: You can break down complex problems and find practical, scalable solutions.Attention to Detail: You care about both functionality and the finer details of the user experience.Technical Curiosity: You enjoy learning new technologies and improving existing systems.Independence: You can work with minimal supervision while knowing when to seek input.Team Player: You communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with product, design, and technology teams.Why Join Us?Work directly with the Founder and core product/technology team.Take significant ownership of the frontend architecture and development process.Work on real-world products with opportunities to make meaningful technical decisions.Be part of a fast-paced environment where your ideas and contributions have a direct impact.Opportunity to grow with the product and take on increasing technical responsibility.
