The intern will assist in building and maintaining user-facing web interfaces, translating design mockups into clean, responsive layouts using modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with designers and backend developers, optimizing pages for performance and accessibility, debugging interface issues, and implementing iterative improvements based on user feedback. The role also involves participating in code reviews, documenting frontend components, and learning best practices in version control and agile workflows.Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Front-End Development and Responsive Web Design.Candidates should possess skills in Web Development and Back-End Web Development.Candidates should possess skills in broader Software Development practices and principles.Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; familiarity with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular) is an advantage.Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Buea and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.Enrollment in or completion of a degree or training program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
