CargoClave Private Limited is headquartered in Delhi, India and is focused on solving global trade challenges worldwide.Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Frontend Developer – React.js role based in Pune City, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Frontend Developer will build and maintain responsive, user-centric interfaces using React.js for CargoClave’s web platform. Responsibilities include translating product requirements and UX designs into clean, reusable components, integrating front-end features with backend APIs, and optimizing performance across devices and browsers. The role involves collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers, participating in code reviews, and maintaining high standards of code quality and documentation. The developer will also help improve the overall front-end architecture, contribute to design systems, and ensure accessibility and security best practices are followed.QualificationsStrong Front-End Development skills, including React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).Experience with Web Development and Software Development practices, including version control and testing.Ability to create Responsive Web Design that works across desktop and mobile devices.Understanding of Back-End Web Development concepts to effectively integrate with APIs and services.Proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, and front-end tooling (Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn, or similar).Familiarity with UI libraries, state management (e.g., Redux, Zustand, or Context API), and RESTful or GraphQL APIs.Experience working in agile teams, with strong collaboration and communication skills.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.Knowledge of performance optimization, accessibility standards, and security best practices in frontend applications.Experience in logistics, supply chain, or B2B SaaS products is an advantage.
