MeridianSquare.Global is building CubeSquare, our Digital Property Infrastructure™ platform for regulated real-estate tokenization.We are looking for a Frontend Developer(s) — React/TypeScript to build CubeSquare's investor-facing web application.You will work closely with our UI Designer and Lead Full Stack Engineer to turn approved Figma designs into high-quality, responsive production applications using React, TypeScript, Vite and Bootstrap 5.A core principle of our frontend architecture is that design and production share one centrally governed Bootstrap theme/design-token system.We don't want Figma, CSS and production code gradually becoming three different design systems.What You'll DoBuild CubeSquare using React, Vite and TypeScriptImplement:Registration and loginInvestor onboardingKYC flowsProperty listingsProperty detail pagesInvestment/purchase flowsInvestor portfolioWalletTransaction historyMarketplaceAdministrative interfacesConvert approved Figma designs into high-fidelity production interfacesBuild reusable React components rather than page-specific implementationsMaintain the centrally governed Bootstrap 5 theme/design-token systemEnsure global design changes are made at the theme/token level rather than manually across individual componentsWork directly with the UI Designer when new components or design patterns are requiredBuild responsive desktop, tablet and mobile experiencesIntegrate frontend applications with REST APIsImplement complex forms, validation and multi-step workflowsHandle loading, empty, error, success and permission states correctlyUse TanStack Query for server-state/data fetching and Zustand for appropriate client-side stateOptimize Core Web Vitals, rendering, bundle size and network usageImplement authentication and role-based UI states securelyWrite unit and integration tests for important components and workflowsParticipate in code and design reviewsRequired Qualifications3–6 years of professional frontend development experienceStrong production experience with ReactStrong TypeScript skillsStrong HTML/CSS fundamentalsExperience with Bootstrap 5 or a comparable governed design systemExperience with Sass variables, CSS custom properties and/or design tokensDemonstrated experience converting Figma designs into production applicationsExperience building reusable React component librariesExperience consuming REST APIsExperience with responsive/mobile-first applicationsExperience implementing complex forms and validationExperience with authentication and role-based UI statesGit-based development experiencePreferredReact + ViteBootstrap 5/Sass customizationTanStack Query / React QueryZustand or Redux ToolkitReact Hook FormVitest/Jest/React Testing LibraryCore Web Vitals optimizationFintech, investment or financial-dashboard applicationsMarketplace applicationsKYC/onboarding workflowsAccessibilityExperience using AI-assisted coding tools while independently reviewing generated codeImportant Design-System RequirementWe are specifically looking for a developer who understands that scalable frontend development requires one governed visual system shared between design and engineering.If your normal approach is to create custom CSS for every page, override components locally, or introduce new UI frameworks independently, this role is probably not the right fit.
