This role works mostly on the frontend, closely partnering with the UI/UX team to convert Figma designs into clean, production-ready code. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both our established .NET technology stack and modern frontend technologies, helping us transition to a more contemporary development approach while maintaining our existing applications.ResponsibilitiesConvert Figma designs into pixel-accurate, responsive UI using ASP.NET Razor Pages and Razor ComponentsWork closely with the UI/UX team to clarify design intent, spacing, states, and interaction details not fully specified in FigmaDevelop and maintain user interfaces for web applications using ASP.NET Razor Pages and Razor ComponentsImplement interactive features using jQuery and vanilla JavaScriptCreate responsive, visually appealing layouts using Tailwind CSS frameworkBuild modern web components using the Lit libraryCollaborate with backend developers to integrate frontend components with .NET server-side logicOptimize application performance and ensure cross-browser compatibilityDebug and resolve frontend issues within the ASP.NET ecosystemWork with Razor Components while transitioning to Lit-based componentsMigrate existing styling to Tailwind CSS methodologyParticipate in the architectural decisions for the redesigned systemRequired Skills & QualificationsMid to Senior level experience in frontend/software developmentProven experience converting Figma (or similar design tool) mockups into working codeProficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and vanilla JavaScriptStrong experience with jQuery for DOM manipulation and AJAX requestsExperience with ASP.NET Core and Razor PagesKnowledge of Razor Components and their integration within applicationsUnderstanding of server-side rendering concepts within .NET frameworkExperience with Tailwind CSS framework and utility-first styling approachKnowledge of Lit library for building lightweight web componentsUnderstanding of modern web component standards (Web Components, Custom Elements)Experience with version control systems like GitStrong problem-solving and debugging skills in web environmentsKnowledge of responsive design principlesStrong eye for design detail — spacing, typography, alignment, responsivenessJob Location: Banani, DhakaWorking days: Monday to FridayWorking Hours: 7:30 am to 4:30 pmCompensation and BenefitsSalary review: YearlyFestival bonus: 3 bonusWeekly 2 holidaysGratuitySalary: Negotiable
