From launching new features and refining existing journeys to the details that make a product feel fast, intuitive, and distinctly Midnite, you'll have a direct impact on how our brand comes to life. Working closely with designers, product managers, and engineers across the business, you'll take ideas from concept to production and help shape the future of our frontend platform.You will:Conceptualise, develop, and deploy new features across our user-facing productsCollaborate closely with designers, product managers, and engineers in a highly collaborative environmentShip high-quality code as part of a team that releases dailyHelp maintain and evolve a large-scale frontend application made up of hundreds of Vue componentsEnsure code quality, maintainability, and performance across a constantly evolving codebaseAdvocate for frontend best practices, accessibility, and modern development standardsParticipate in code reviews and contribute to a strong engineering cultureWrite and maintain automated tests to ensure a reliable user experienceContribute to architectural discussions and continuous improvements across our frontend platformRequirementsThe next Midniter:Has professional experience building modern web applications with Vue or React and TypeScriptHas expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and JavaScriptIs comfortable working with modern frontend frameworks and tooling, including Vue 3, Nuxt, and ViteHas experience building scalable, reusable component-based applicationsHas a strong appreciation for design, user experience, and product qualityIs familiar with utility-first CSS approaches such as Tailwind CSSUnderstands state management patterns and modern frontend architectureValues testing, code reviews, and engineering best practicesHas experience writing unit and end-to-end testsCommunicates effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersThrives in collaborative, fast-moving product teamsIs curious, enjoys experimenting, and is always looking for ways to improve the productBenefits💰 WinningsPrivate health insurance with zero excess, including optical cover and optional dentalIncome protection to protect your earnings and give you peace of mindTenure holiday policy.
