Because our team is lean, you'll understand the context behind every decision—and yours will directly shape where we go next. What You'll DoCross-Platform Delivery: Build product surfaces using SvelteKit 5 and TypeScript that ship seamlessly to browsers and native shells from a single codebase.Performance Optimization: Craft budget-conscious UIs, maintain lightweight bundle sizes, and eliminate jank—ensuring smooth performance even on budget hardware.Offline-First Resilience: Build surfaces that handle poor networks gracefully by prioritizing local device data, syncing reliably when connectivity returns, and preventing inaccurate state displays.Real-Time UIs: Design dynamic interfaces for live updates, chat, and calls where data constantly streams in.Core Product States: Engineer reliable maps, complex forms, and edge-case states (empty, loading, and error views) that form the backbone of user experience.Accessibility: Integrate keyboard navigation and accessibility standards from day one, not as an afterthought. What We’re Looking ForCore Fundamentals: 2–5 years of frontend experience with deep proficiency in TypeScript, browser rendering mechanics, layout engines, and the event loop.Framework Adaptability: Strong experience with React, Vue, or Angular. We use Tailwind, but core styling fundamentals matter most.Debugging Instincts: A habit of inspecting DevTools before jumping straight to search engines.Attention to Detail: Pride in thorough execution—handling edge cases, empty states, and final polish passes.Nice to HaveExperience publishing apps to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store (and navigating the review process).Familiarity with web-to-native wrappers like Tauri, React Native, or Capacitor.Practical web performance experience: bundle budget management, profiling, and Real User Monitoring (RUM).Experience writing stable, non-flaky end-to-end tests.Tech StackSvelteKit 5 · TypeScript · Tailwind CSS · Vite · TauriHow to ApplyReach out via LinkedIn or submit your CV, GitHub, or portfolio to contact@sayzo.in.
