Frontend Engineer – React / AngularJS / Liferay Pages

Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain web frontends using React, AngularJS, HTML5, and CSS3.Work closely with backend and UX teams to deliver consistent, performant user interfaces.Translate UI/UX wireframes into production-ready code.Integrate frontend logic with REST APIs and backend services.Leverage Liferay’s Page Builder, Forms, and Stylebook to customize UI/UX when needed.Ensure cross-browser and mobile compatibility, accessibility, and performance optimization.Required Skills3–5 years of experience in frontend development using ReactJS and/or AngularJS.Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design frameworks (Bootstrap, Flexbox, etc.).Solid understanding of integrating with RESTful APIs and backend services.Familiarity with Git, npm/yarn, Webpack or other modern build tools.Exposure to Liferay DXP frontend tooling and customization is a strong advantage.Good debugging and testing practices (Jest, Cypress, etc.).Preferred QualificationsExperience working in a Liferay DXP environment (Forms, Page Builder, Theme Customization).Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG), localization, and theming.Background working in Agile/Scrum teams.
