Location: Plano, TXPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Frontend Lead Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of modern web applications.

This role combines technical leadership, hands-on development, and team mentorship while collaborating closely with product, design, and engineering stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices.Lead and mentor developers through code reviews and technical guidance.Develop scalable, maintainable applications using modern frontend technologies.Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend teams.Optimize application performance, accessibility, and user experience.Support CI/CD processes and integration with REST/GraphQL APIs.Required Skills14+ years of overall IT experience.6+ years of frontend development experience, including leadership responsibilities.Expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS/Sass, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.Strong proficiency in React.js and Next.js.Experience building Single Page Applications (SPA) involving Micro Frontend (MFE) capabilities.Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.Top 3 SkillsFrontend Technical LeadershipModern JavaScript/TypeScript Frameworks (React.js mandatory)Team Mentorship and Cross-Functional CollaborationPreferred ExperienceLeading frontend engineering teams in enterprise environments.Designing scalable and reusable frontend architectures.Working closely with product, UX, and backend engineering teams.Driving performance optimization and accessibility initiatives.Experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
