Frontend Leader - Trading

<Job Responsibilities>- Develop and enhance the frontend for a large-scale eCommerce platform- Participate in code reviews and quality improvement initiatives- Drive development efficiency through AI-assisted coding and automation- Support junior engineers through technical guidance and knowledge sharing<Job Challenges>- Work with modern technologies including React, Next.js, and AI coding tools- Deliver improvements directly to millions of users through 300+ releases per year- Solve complex business challenges with technology- Collaborate with multinational engineering teams- Contribute to the evolution of AI-native software development<Necessary Skill / Experience>- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field- Language: English - Business Level (can communicate with global team smoothly)- Experience working in multinational engineering teams- At least 5 years of experience as a Frontend Engineer, particularly on large-scale eCommerce or trading platforms- Proficiency in modern frontend technologies like React and Next.js- Experience with AI-assisted coding and development automation- Strong problem-solving skills to tackle complex business challenges with technology- Technical leadership or sub-team lead experience<Preferable Skill/ Experience>- Experience with AI-assisted development tools- Agile development experience
