We build and operate software across our own ventures and client projects - from AI SaaS products and internal operating systems to high-converting websites and interactive web experiences. We are looking for a product-minded full-stack engineer who leans strongly toward the front end.You should be able to take an idea from a rough brief or an existing product, understand the underlying user problem, improve the interaction design, and ship a polished implementation that works reliably in production. This is not a role for someone who only turns finished Figma files into pages. It is also not a backend role with occasional React work.We need someone with strong visual judgment who can take ownership of the user experience while remaining comfortable working with APIs, databases, authentication, AI integrations, deployments, and production bugs when required. What You Will Work OnThe work changes across products, but representative projects include:Designing and building polished Framer websites, including CMS structures, responsive layouts, animations, reusable components, and custom code where Framer reaches its limitsImproving complex SaaS interfaces involving dashboards, tables, filters, multi-step forms, onboarding flows, settings, role-based navigation, and empty, loading, and error statesTurning technically functional products into interfaces that feel simple, coherent, and ready for customersBuilding interactive product selectors, calculators, data visualisations, and high-converting web funnelsCreating ambitious browser-based experiences using Three.js, WebGL, Rive, or similar tools where appropriateConnecting front-end experiences to Supabase, APIs, authentication systems, analytics platforms, CRMs, and third-party servicesBuilding AI-enabled product flows involving structured outputs, call transcripts, qualification, recommendations, content generation, and autonomous workflowsDebugging issues across the full user journey, including browser behaviour, framework edge cases, integrations, deployments, and data flowWorking inside products that have evolved quickly and identifying the underlying design or architectural problem instead of adding another temporary patchTesting your own work end-to-end using real data, real accounts, and real edge casesRecent projects include an AI sales-call analysis platform, an autonomous CRM qualification and outreach workflow, Framer websites for B2B companies, multi-tenant AI agent deployments, and knowledge systems that unify meeting, messaging, and CRM data. What We Are Looking ForStrong experience building production interfaces with React and TypeScriptSolid experience with Next.js or a comparable modern web frameworkDemonstrable Framer experience, including responsive implementation, CMS, components, animation, and custom codeStrong product and UI judgment - you can recognise when an interface is technically correct but still confusing, cluttered, inconsistent, or visually weakThe ability to work across the stack when needed, including APIs, databases, authentication, and third-party integrationsExperience building responsive, accessible interfaces that remain fast as complexity growsConfidence working without pixel-perfect specifications - you can turn a rough objective into a sensible user flow and implementationStrong debugging habits and a willingness to test complete workflows rather than isolated componentsClear written communication and the ability to explain trade-offs, blockers, and recommended solutionsComfort using AI coding tools productively while still reviewing, understanding, and verifying the code they produceStrong Advantages:Three.js, React Three Fiber, WebGL, GLSL, Rive, or other interactive and 3D web experienceMotion design and strong animation instinctsExperience with Supabase, PostgreSQL, Sentry, Playwright, Vercel, or similar toolsExperience with multi-tenant SaaS, permissions, onboarding, billing, or admin toolingExperience integrating LLMs or AI providers into production productsExperience improving an existing design system or creating reusable UI primitivesA portfolio that includes both marketing websites and real product interfacesHow We WorkYou will work closely with the founder and an experienced full-stack engineer. We move quickly, but we care more about solving the underlying problem than producing large amounts of code. You should be comfortable with:Moving between several active products as priorities changeAsking enough questions to understand the desired outcome, then taking ownership of the implementationProposing a better interaction or technical approach when the initial request is not the right solutionSharing work early through previews or mockups and iterating based on feedbackKeeping changes reviewable and avoiding unnecessary blast radiusUsing screenshots, browser testing, monitoring, and end-to-end tests to verify what users actually experienceWorking independently without disappearing when something becomes difficultThe ideal person has the breadth and ownership of a strong full-stack engineer, but naturally notices typography, spacing, hierarchy, responsiveness, interaction states, and usability before being asked. What Good Performance Looks LikeWithin your first few months, you should be able to:Take ownership of Framer projects without requiring continuous design supervisionImprove the clarity and polish of an existing SaaS product - not simply restyle itShip new product flows from an initial brief through to a verified production implementationFind and fix issues across UI, application logic, integrations, and data flowBuild reusable patterns that make future features faster and more consistentCommunicate progress honestly and surface risks before they become delivery problemsHow to ApplyPlease include:A short introduction explaining why this role is a strong fit for youThree examples of your strongest relevant work, including at least 1 Framer project, 1 real SaaS product or web application, 1 visually or technically ambitious front-end projectA clear explanation of what you personally designed and built in each exampleYour strongest front-end stack and your comfort level with backend workAny experience with Three.js, WebGL, Rive, or comparable toolsYour location, typical working hours, availability, and expected monthly compensationThe AI coding tools you use and how you review and verify their outputShortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a small paid practical task based on the kind of work they would actually do with us.We will evaluate product judgment, visual quality, implementation quality, responsiveness, debugging, and communication-not simply whether the result resembles a screenshot.Important Fit NoteThis role is probably not a fit if your portfolio consists primarily of landing-page templates, concept designs that were never shipped, or backend projects with minimal ownership of the interface. We are specifically looking for someone who can combine strong visual quality, product thinking, and dependable production implementation
