Frontend Manager (UI Engineering)

Location: Andheri East, MumbaiBudget upto 60 LPAJob Responsibilities :Lead, mentor & manage front end team members Lead the design and implementation of scalable front-end architecture for web applications - Dashboards/CMS development, deployment and monitoring phases.

Evaluate requirements and create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured development strategiesEstablish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelinesCollaborate closely with product managers, designers, backend & QA teams to align technical solutions with business goals Integrating APIs and third-party libraries to enhance app functionality Ensure top-notch performance, quality, and responsiveness of CMS & web Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate development activitiesEffectively use tools and ingenuity to identify and fix defects before they become a problem Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency. Perform code reviews Setting KPIs and other metrics to measure team performanceTeam management & motivationRequiredPrior experience working on consumer-facing products5+ years of experience creating high-performance Dashboards/CMS/web applications usingReactPassionate about frontend development and writing readable and efficient codeExpert level development skills in HTML5, CSS3 & JS & can rightly judge/implementsolutions to complex problemsExperience writing unit tests using Jest or React Testing LibraryYou have hands on experience in cache managementYou have experience building a product using a mainstream library or framework.Proficient understanding of ES5/ES6 , JQuerySolid understanding of API IntegrationGood understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, AJAX,cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.Good knowledge of server side rendering using template engineExperience on debugging UI and web service calls.Good understanding of SASS, GruntExperience working on website speed optimisationDeep understanding of browser internal workingGood understanding of SEO principlesMust have used GIT (Source version control)Good understanding of analytics tools such as google analytics, clevertap, etcSolid understanding of release managementExcellent communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivery high-quality resultsDesiredExperience working with AngularFamiliarity with automated testing tools including Selenium, Jasmine, and KarmaExperience integrating payment gatewaysExperience working on AWS
