Frontend Tech Lead(English version below)Al 2026, WindowSight és ja el screensaver natiu integrat en milions de televisors a tot el món a través de partnerships amb els majors fabricants de TV.Busquem un Frontend Tech Lead amb visió estratègica i ganes de liderar l’equip de frontend i el desenvolupament de la nostra nova app de TV multiplataforma, en un moment clau d’expansió global.RESPONSABILITATS PRINCIPALSLiderar tècnicament l’equip de frontend: definir l’arquitectura i els estàndards de qualitat, acompanyar els companys i ajudar-los a desencallar-se ràpidament.Desenvolupar la nova app de TV per a la seva integració amb diversos sistemes operatius de TV, incloent Samsung, LG, Vizio, TitanOS, TiVo…Optimitzar i evolucionar el CMS existent, i prendre decisions d’arquitectura.Fer testing i control de qualitat: revisar el codi i les funcionalitats desenvolupades per tu i pel teu equip.Millorar la seguretat i la integració amb la infraestructura i els sistemes de backend.REQUISITS TÈCNICSExperiència real liderant equips de desenvolupament i dissenyant l’arquitectura de projectes frontend (almenys 3-4 anys en rols de lideratge o responsabilitat tècnica).Fonaments sòlids d’enginyeria de software i un enfocament de disseny independent del framework, incloent modularització, patrons de disseny, principis SOLID, Domain-Driven Design (DDD) i arquitectura hexagonal.Capacitat per triar la tecnologia segons la necessitat de cada projecte, no segons les preferències pròpies.Experiència sòlida amb Angular i TypeScript, o capacitat demostrada per treballar de manera efectiva amb diferents frameworks de frontend.Coneixement avançat de JavaScript modern (ES6+), incloent programació asíncrona, closures, mòduls i fonaments del llenguatge.Domini de RxJS i gestió d’estat.NICE TO HAVEExperiència desenvolupant apps per a Smart TV: Tizen (Samsung), webOS (LG), Roku, Android TV o altres sistemes operatius de TV.ALTRES REQUISITSNivell alt d’anglès (parlat, escrit i llegit).Nivell mínim de català parlat i escrit (95% de la comunicació oral de l’equip és en català).Energia, iniciativa i capacitat per motivar l’equip i fer créixer els companys.Bones relacions interpersonals, esperit crític i ganes de compartir coneixement.Experiència prèvia en entorn startup o en una empresa amb alta complexitat digital és un plus.SOBRE WINDOWSIGHT WindowSight és el Spotify de l’art. We’re looking for a Frontend Tech Lead with strategic vision and the drive to lead our frontend team and the development of our new multi-platform TV app during a critical period of global expansion.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESLead the frontend team technically: define the architecture and quality standards, support your teammates and help them get unblocked quickly.Develop the new TV app for integration with various TV operating systems, including Samsung, LG, Vizio, TitanOS, TiVo…Optimize and evolve the existing CMS, and make architectural decisions.Perform testing and quality assurance: review code and functionality developed by yourself and your team.Improve security and integration with infrastructure and backend systems.TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTSProven experience leading development teams and designing the architecture of frontend projects (at least 3-4 years in leadership or technical ownership roles).Strong software engineering fundamentals and a framework-independent approach to design, including modularization, design patterns, SOLID principles, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and hexagonal architecture.Ability to choose the right technology for each project’s needs, rather than your own preferences.Solid experience with Angular and TypeScript, or a demonstrated ability to work effectively across frontend frameworks.Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6+), including asynchronous programming, closures, modules, and core language fundamentals.Proficiency with RxJS and state management.NICE TO HAVEExperience developing Smart TV apps: Tizen (Samsung), webOS (LG), Roku, Android TV, or other TV operating systems.OTHER REQUIREMENTSHigh level of English (spoken, written, and read).Minimum level of Catalan (spoken and written; 95% of team communication is in Catalan).Energy, initiative, and the ability to motivate the team and help your teammates grow.Strong interpersonal skills, critical thinking, and a willingness to share knowledge.Prior experience in a startup environment or in a company with high digital omplexity is a plus.ABOUT WINDOWSIGHT WindowSight is the Spotify of art.
