Location: Chennai.Work Mode: Hybrid.Key Must-Have Skills:Strong hands-on experience in React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+).Minimum 3+ years of experience in Frontend Technical Lead / Engineering Lead roles.Strong experience in Frontend Architecture, Component-Based Architecture, Design Systems, and Micro Frontend Architecture.Good understanding of Module Federation, Redux Toolkit, React Query, Zustand, Context API.Strong experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets and frontend performance optimization.Hands-on exposure to Vite, Webpack, Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress / Playwright.Experience with CI/CD and cloud platforms – Azure / AWS.Good understanding of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, OWASP, WCAG and ARIA.Strong experience in technical leadership, architecture discussions, code reviews, mentoring and stakeholder management.Good to Have:Storybook, Nx Monorepo, TurboRepo.Figma / Adobe XD.AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Windsurf.Experience in Product Engineering and building reusable Design Systems.
